Remove or Edit Gutenberg shared blocks

Hi,

I’m Tristan from JoomUnited. We are currently developing a plugin based on Gutenberg called Advanced Gutenberg.

In this plugin, we have a possibility to activate/disable blocks by user role, including shared blocks (all shared blocks, globally). We would like to develop something with a UX to edit them and to give options in user profile edition.

Finally my question is: Is there something planned regarding that? so we can go in the right direction.
