Description

The Blocks tab (or something within the inserter) should receive focus when the inserter is opened.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Move focus to the inserter toggle button
  2. Press Enter
  3. Bug: Focus stays on the inserter button. The blocks tab in the inserter should be focused.
