Jump to bottom

I am not sure what to call this, but just now noticed that clicking the 3 dots the following:

It seems the z index is off. I am also seeing the same image and text error. Hmm I saved the post and now it is suddenly dropping downward... o well. I will leave it open for now.

This also happens for blocks at the bottom of the screen where the bottom is cut off - therefore any testing should consider both blocks too close to the top and too close to the bottom.
