There are various issues when dealing with backspace/delete around contenteditable=false blocks. These are the main issues.

  1. Backspace/delete form adjacent ce=false blocks.
  2. Backspace/delete from normal content to ce=false blocks.
  3. Backspace/delete from ce=false blocks to normal content .
  4. Backspace/delete inline ce=false elements not producing empty paragraphs.
  5. Backspace/delete inside a ce=true inside a ce=false not padding elements.
