Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Selecting the top left inserter opens the panel to where one can choose to insert a block, pattern or a reusable block.

Under Patterns is a drop down to select a Pattern category.

Under Blocks there is no drop down and the user needs to when using the inserter scroll to find the correct block to add.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice with a quicker solution to select a block. By adding a drop down to where the user can select which category to see in the top of the blocks list.

The following mockup suggestion adds a Block category drop down.

Today Text is the default category seen at the top of the list. A drop down will give the user the opportunity to change the default to any other choice in the list. I have also added a Recent option, so the user can select to see which blocks have recently been used, and have the Recent list at the top.
