wp-env stop seems to delete all data.

Describe the bug
I love wp-env package, thank you all contributors!

I read the handbook and did some tests for wp-env to my dev env.

According to the handbook, I think wp-env stop just stop the docker images, but it seems to clean up all DB data.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. wp-env start at a local directory.
2. Publish a post at WordPress which has built now.
3. wp-env stop
4. wp-env start
5. The post is gone, and all clear.

Expected behavior
I consider wp-env stop just stop the docker images, and wp-env clean delete DB data.
