Steps to reproduce:

  • Set cursor in text
  • Open block library in the top-bar
  • Search for "inline"

You'll see this:

This is misleading because there is actually an inline block present:

Suggested fix is to not show the "no blocks found" message when an inline block is found, and to open the collapsed panel.
