Describe the bug
When using a paragraph block, no option to 'add block' appears under it. The only way to add block following a paragraph block is by hovering over the outline of the 'paragraph block' and selecting insert block. This inserts the block above the paragraph and then you move it to its correct position.

Expected behavior
Like other blocks, hovering underneath any block should show an 'add block' option.

Hi @hvsh, thanks for the report!

We have two (and possibly more) tickets tracking different aspects of this issue: #5055 and #7271. #6834 also has some thoughts although it's now closed.

Because we have some other open tickets about this I'm going to close this as a duplicate but I definitely encourage you to add your feedback to the tickets I linked above; it's helpful for everyone to hear from the community on this.
