There is a missing reference in the content

Why is this a problem?

The article says:
4. For caption and gallery shortcodes, see #2874.

I have looked around meta and core tickets and neither tickets reported anything about caption and gallery shortcodes.

Suggested Fix

Could the original writer add the link or remove the reference?
