Image Block

The Image block allows you to insert an image onto your page or post. Images are visuals that make your content attractive.

You can also type /image and press enter to insert an image onto your page or post.

How to Add the Image Block

The Image Block block can be added to a page by clicking on the Block Inserter (+) icon button.

The lightbox seems to be dependent on theme.json settings, and the default theme doesn't have it, so we're not including it in the documentation to avoid frustrating users.
