Still Volunteers needed for Community Summit Notes

During the meetings, the participants agreed upon to extract the actionable items of the topics discussed during the Community Summit 2023. Link to the raw notes.

Feedback requested: Based on the feedback from the meeting, there seem some concerns and unclarity on how to use GitHub to collaborate on the task to extract the actionable items. What do you need to feel more comfortable to collaborate?

Collaborating on the summit notes follow-up

For collaboration on the text-wrangling tasks for the community summit follow-up, we can discuss using Google Docs for working and track them with the GitHub To-Do cards.

Proposed workflow:

1. Create a main overview document containing instructions and links to sub-documents, GitHub tasks and links to related resources
2. Based on the extracted key objectives, create a separate document to work on for each key objective to reduce the risk to overwhelm with a big linear document.

Action item: @CoachBirgit will invite interested contributors to the recently created Google Drive Folder
