Early tanks do not get assigned to divisions #312

The early models of tanks do not get used by the divisions. It seems they go into their own seperate categories never to be used.

I do not use any other mod and have turned off all of the dlc.

Game version: Barbarossa v1.11.4.e26e
Mod version: 0.17.2

Also - on the research page the icons for the tanks appear but not when producing them.
