When hovering over the tooltip buttons, when they have pop-ups for additional options (with the checkboxes), those popups cover up the tooltips showing the hotkeys associated with the toolbar buttons.

I think that in case both hotkey tooltip and popup are displayed, the tooltip with the hotkey should be placed behind the popup instead of above it. this may look better.
This should be the simplest solution—unless you have another idea?
I just figured they would both show, one above the other (vertically, not z-order). Showing the hotkey in a tooltip when that tooltip is obscured seems pointless, and since some are visible and some are obscured, it's inconsistent. Probably easiest and cleanest is to just put the hotkey in the options pop-up for those that have it, so every button just has one pop-up, some with just the hotkey text and some with that and options.
