Discovering the user jobs

If we assume that an agent can discover jobs to do on an user's POD by searching for them in the user's type indexes:

• The agent won't be able to read any jobs that the user has not granted access to it (or jobs that are not public by default). Such a parsing of the type indexes would result in the agent processing resources to be wasted. But the agent can keep track of the jobs it has found and try to access to them later. It could subscribe to modifications made on the jobs but it has to be granted for that. It can also subscribe to modifications made on the type indexes. Without being notified it can also parse the type index again but this would be very resource eager.

Alternatively, as the user will always use a client to configure its jobs, we can specify that the client must notify the agent when its has been granted to access a job.
