企业微信第三方应用开发是否支持有限？ #1480

目前使用cp工具包开发是否需要自定义如：常量池、handle路由、wxCpConfigStorage之类的？

目前提供的cp工具包中大多是对企业微信企业应用开发的支持。而对于企业微信第三方应用开发来说，实在是没有找到比较切合的实现。例如wxCpConfigStorage中不能配置suiteId、suiteSecret，handle路由没有InfoType、ChangeType事件等设置。
