This is a lecture I gave for BME557 Statistical Methods for Evaluating Medical Technologies that gives a brief overview of R, RStudio, and how to make Histograms, Boxplots, Scatterplots, and calculate Pearson's Correlation and perform a linear regression with ordinary least squares.
