  1. Structure
  • Although obviously it is just launched and there is less content to find, but as you build up a library of it I think it will be helpful to have an obvious place to easily search and access particular entries. {I am thinking very Wordpress-like here, but I realise this is built in GitHub, so I admit I don't know how adaptable it is and if this is just because I'm used to traditional blog/Wordpress powered-looking sites)
  • You could achieve this by having a top or side bar, where you could have different themes such as "MumsRockTech", "OnesToWatch", "WeRockTech" - maybe have them display snippets and the teaser video in the short version they display, and when clicking Read More, to display the full episode. If each entry has a category and/or tag, it can help with search too. An archive page is a good idea too. :)
  • At first I found the Future Episodes a bit confusing, as I was expecting the sidebar to have quick links. I think it is nice to have an area to show what's to come, but it's a slight overload of information. I could recommend either having a tab that goes to "coming up next...", or a snippet in side bar saying "Up next week: Kimberley Cook", or each of the names displayed and when they're clicked on the full bio is displayed underneath.
