Describe the bug
I'm unable to create an account on POEditor project page. The error message being displayed is "This project can't accept new contributors at this time. Please try again later."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://poeditor.com/join/project/7myZPTmcqq
  2. Click on "Create account and join translation" after filling in the email and name fields
  3. See error
