Local Pause and Play Feature

This is for a feature that allows users to pause locally to their device. Meaning if that if they paused, waited a minute, and then pressed play, the stream would be a minute behind rather than returning to the live stream. There would also be a button to return to the true livestream. We would need to figure out how to implement this in a user friendly way so that it does not crowd the screen and the play/pause button.
