Make save and lock for CRater display a combined message #261

Right now it displays two confirm dialogs if "CRater Max Check Answers" is set to a number like 1 and "Save and Lock" is turned on.

CRater Message
"You have 1 chance to receive feedback on your answer so this should be your best work!

Are you ready to receive feedback on this answer?"

Save and Lock Message
"You will not be able to make further edits after submitting this response. Ready to submit?"
