TaskPriorityChangeEvent and previousPriority were added later in development (#21) and its absence could be a bit surprising for developers doing local testing. Adding its minimum version to the docs would be helpful.

For reference, I noticed it missing in Chrome v90.0.4430.212 and included in Chrome v92.0.4503.0, though I'm not sure exactly where in that range it was added.
