There appears to have been little activity in this repository in the last few years, so wondering if this incubation has stalled?

Unless anyone objects, we will go ahead an archive this repo in a week or so.

Talking to @dalecurtis, he tells me this may still be a good idea, but it's not actively being pursued.
Given the labeling discussion, we can either archive this (and revive if needed in the future) or label this as "dormant". The latter would enable folks to express interest.
