mosaic size and scaling options reset on next/prev bin from bin page #324

Steps to reproduce:

Enter a bin PID into the top navbar
Set the scale and/or size options on the mosaic
Advance to the next/prev bin

The scale/size options will reset to the defaults.

Desired behavior is to preserve the scale/size options.

Note that the behavior is correct when navigating to a bin from the timeline page.
