Admin Area Hook Cancelation Request Deleted is missing Or?

Hello,
can't find any documentation on this hook or for a workaround. There is a hook "CancellationRequest" and the documentation for it, but can't find anywhere how to find out when the admin removes the cancelation request. We need it because on "CancellationRequest" we pause the subscription on an external system, on cancelation we stop the subscriptions, but can't find a doc on how to unpause if the Admin has deleted the cancelation request.
