Need checkboxes for each item (to mark it as submitted)
Attachments should be viewable and downloadable by the finance coordinator
Ability to transition a claim should exist on the page itself, as well as this sponsorship reimbursement page
Potentially: interview finance coordinator to figure out exactly what they want from it as well, as they are the main stakeholder
