Add VM Image links back to offerings

• IHS and ND VM images have been removed from Marketplace offering due to vulnerabilities.

• Because of this, updated images could not be published: Update the VM images and cluster Application to 9.0.5.17 #228 (comment)

• We had to remove the URLs from the plan to publish the offering:

  • Update the VM images and cluster Application to 9.0.5.17 #228 (comment)
  • Update the VM images and cluster Application to 9.0.5.17 #228 (comment)

• This issue is to add the URLs back and republish once the image offerings are visible in catalog:

Offerings were submitted for republishing to make sure new images are live, without any changes to the plan, so we still need to add the URLs back.
