This is to include the fix from VirtusLab/scala-cli-setup#382
Pinning the action to VirtusLab/scala-cli-setup@5b1a6c5 should fix it for our M1 runs.
I pinned it for all CI jobs to be consistent, we can go back to the stable release after
v1.0.7is out.
