As part of our commitment to supporting developer growth, we are creating a "Networking Guide for Programmers." This guide will offer valuable insights and actionable tips on how developers can effectively network in the tech industry.

Task:

Create a new file networking-guide.mdx in the directory resources>developer-resources>developer-tips with the following content:

@CBID2 and @manya706 this issue is up for assignment, but so is #1163. Laura started 1163 and has a PR but we've migrated the site over to Next.js since then, so it might make sense to redo it. Here's her PR if anyone wants to work off of this.

I can assign each of you, just let me know if that's ok.
