Changelog:
-Optimized the launch of the note editor (the text will be displayed much faster, but there will be a slight delay for the menu)
-Fixed problems with jumping the cursor after various actions in the note editor
-Fixed a bug in the task editor in which it was impossible to exit the editor after granting permission to display notifications
