In order to run on our own cloud, on AWS, on [your provider here], we should refactor the AWS service to match the Terraform Kubernettes Provider.

In the Flint GUI, add a new field in "New Cluster" where we can define the locality of the cloud we would like to use [VAMPCLOUD, AWS, GOOGLE...]

In the Terraform service, implement all necessary traits that match the AWS service, and all calls for AWS go to the existing AWS service, as to continue to support the spot market, etc... (TBD)

TODO going to flow more definition into this ticket as I talk to some peeps...
