Недоработка в CS16Client.

В оригинальном Counter-Strike 1.6 на GoldSource проявляется такой эффект.

Также в CS16Client нет эффекта дымки.

В CS16Client надо просто полностью отреверсить код связанный с particleman, тогда будет и дым, и капли. Текущий дождь ещё и неправильный.
