The app seems to remember the position in the list, resulting in shifts in which apps are blocked when installing or removing apps.

Unfortunately I'm aware of that :) I think I'll be changing the whole mechanism of choosing apps ( so based on profiles and groups )

I'll see what i can do, thanks for opening the issue!
