Allways have to move the gnome3 audio fader to make sound work

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen.

I have configured my soundcard with the analogue output ( I have 3 soundcards). However everytime I boot the system I have no sound. I always have to switch to desktop mode than I have to move the gnome3 audio fader in the top of the desktop. Then it works. I have to repeat those steps everytime I boot the system.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Boot the system (no sound at default state)
2. Switch to desktop mode
3. move the gome3 audio fader at the top of the desktop
4. switch back to steam
5. Works

This is the lspci output if it helps. The soundcard I use is the VIA VT1720/24 [Envy24PT/HT]. I use a normal debian installation without problem but there I'm using jack2 for the sound.
