Wrong directory opens under Cinnamon on Gentoo (vestigial --unity-launch flag) #2075

Describe the bug
The last directory you open under vscodium opens when you right click to open a file with vscodium

Please confirm that this problem is VSCodium-specific

Please confirm that the issue/resolution isn't already documented

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch cinnamon desktop
  2. Open vs codium
  3. In vscodium, open any dir or file
  4. Close Vs codium
  5. Open a file manager
  6. Right click a file and open with vscodium
  7. You see the last location at step 3

Expected behavior
Vs codium should open the right clicked file

Additional context
The bug is easily fixed user side

nano /usr/share/applications/vscodium.desktop

delete --unity-launch
save and exit

Note, due to microsoft/vscode#202545 being closed, the vestigial flag got left behind.

It's an issue with the gentoo packaging. We don't have control on it.
The problematic file is at https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/tree/app-editors/vscodium/files/vscodium.desktop
