Describe the bug
Cannot enter normal mode.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Upgrade vim plugin to 1.8.1
  2. Open a file and enter edit mode
  3. Press esc cannot enter normal mode

Expected behavior
Open a file, and the default mode should be normal mode.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • Extension (VsCodeVim) version:1.8.1
  • VSCode version:1.34.0
  • OS: macOS Mojave 10.14.5 (18F132)

Additional context
Downgrade vim plugin to 1.8.0 and it works.
