Media uploads are complicated. Not just to implement, but to even decide the goal UX in the first place. There are dozens of ways we could tackle them and none of them would be wrong.

I'm leaving this issue open for anyone to suggest directions to take when it comes to storing, referencing and access-controlling media files in Catalyst.
