New game section added

I have added game section, actually it is a car game simulator and we have to update the css elements, cars into kites.
@LAKSHIBRO Could you able to check on the code please , I hope code and the idea will be works with our project.

@UvinduBro The cars(kites) are coming from the top of the window is it ok?

@LAKSHIBRO Yeh , if it comes from the bottom we can not form a game I think, So we can rotate the background video and make sky like going and the kites going above.

do they have to avoid the enemy kites or something like that?

@LAKSHIBRO basically, I thought players needs to avoid the the enemy kites and go forward to collect some points while playing on the game playground. If there is any suggestions or ideas, feel free to add. Also Please send your actual image with you full name with me (if you can, because i know some of them are caring about the privacy)
