Add endpoint `Delete My Profile` #82

Add an endpoint named Delete my Profile that for the currently logged in user:

Destroys all credentials (by email)
Changes the email field of the user record to something random and anonymous
Flushes the credential cache

As a result the user's token is invalid, and the user can no longer login for a new token.
