this one is hard, since there are many ways to do this. My suggestion would be to create an uncomplete list of scenarios/options and some instructions/pointers on how to get started:

  • requirements file + custom packages component + how to update the kernel with new packages
  • creating and managing a conda environment in a ubuntu or a jupyter workspace and how to 'transfer' it to a next workspace
  • tbd
