Add editor to desktop environments

a1c5f3d adds VSCodium to Desktop workspaces that have the UU Provisioning component. It would be nice to have Spyder available on the Python Workbench catalog item, however it's a large package to install and would significantly increase rollout time for workspaces (and not everyone will want to use Spyder). So the best option is probably to clearly document how to install it for users who need it.
