Copying an invisible clip brush (shows up as either white or yellowish semi-transparent cubes) makes that copy invisible. It can still be selected and works properly ingame, but it cannot be seen in the editor, even after saving and loading the map again all the copies will be invisible. Meanwhile, in vanilla old bspguy you can see them just fine.
EDIT: This is the case with COPIES of those clip brushes. The first original brush model will always display fine. As a workaround I have to right click>copy the original, move it and change it to whatever I need where I need it, and then right click>paste in place/origin afterwards, so the invisible copy ends up being what the original was, taking its place, and the original ends up being what the copy was supposed to be in the first place. Which is annoying and shouldn't be working like this.
