Describe the bug

After changing the lifetime value of the release type feature toggle from 40 days to 90 days, my feature toggles are still marked as potentially stale after 40 days has passed.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Create a feature toggle of type release
  2. Go to Configure / Feature toggle types and increase the lifetime of the release type feature toggle to a larger value, e.g. 90 days
  3. Wait 41 days 🙃 ☕
  4. Go to Project / ... / Health
  5. Watch the toggle be noted as potentially stale

Expected behavior

Everything should be healthy and happy
