USI-LS parts not showing up correctly

I have two issues with the LS-Parts:

1. All of them show up multiple times in the tech-tree.
2. If parts need to be bought in the tech tree to be useable the LS-Parts reset every time I leave the active game. So I need to buy the parts from the tech tree again.
