Changed the title to collect several very similar requests.

Add:

  • Zenith Angle
  • Hour Angle

Possibly remove tracking rate from telescope control tab.

Also--after debugging, consider if each tab needs the log viewer (bottom half of GUI), or if that should be relegated to a tab.
