Show reserved seats in sections and allow user to receive notifications for a reserved or a non-reserved spot.

I want to swap to another section of a class i'm currently in so I subscribed to email alerts for that section. However, when I got a notifications, I noticed that the empty I got notified for what reserved for certain majors. It would be nice if I could see on the course page, if there are reserved spots, which majors are they for, how many of them are there and be able to subscribe to alerts for a reserved or non-reserved spot.
