Update tcplLoadData to support chemical queries (ie add tcplLoadChem) where fld=chnm, dsstox, or casn. Goal to simplify data retrieval example currently described in vignette https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/tcpl/vignettes/Data_retrieval.html#load-data-for-a-specific-chemical
