Clean up manual text in mc5_mthds.R by creating subsections (pc, bmad, log, etc) with reordered mc5 methods by size (lowest coff first)

Add @details section (modeled after mc3_mthds.R or mc4_mthds.R) and include clarifying text that highest calculated coff based on methods assigned will be selected for hitcalling
