If the motion capture framerate is too high or too low, that can lead to undesired behavior (radio saturation or jerky movement, respectively). We should add a checker that warns the user if the framerate is out of a typical (and configurable) bound.

This is a good idea. Has anyone recreated our experiment from the paper for minimum safe framerate using the official EKF?
