To document our release process and provide a tool for ensuring compliance with this process, let us add a pull request template for that.

It should have some of the technical parts, like bumping the version in package.json or creating a release tag, and the organizational steps, like sign-off by named instance owners.

Acceptance criteria

  • Created pull request template for releases that helps the team follow a well defined process
