Design Lebesgue measure-based tests for random data in Symagen #199

Add tests which confirm correctness of Symagen random data functions based on the following idea:

  1. Select a sub-region (e.g., the positive quadrant) of the space we're sampling from.
  2. Randomly sample a bunch of points using the function we want to test.
  3. Confirm that the proportion of the random sample which lies in the sub-region is approximately equal to the Lebesgue measure of that sub-region.
